A bit about me

I have been a personal trainer for 4 years now while training for around 8 years myself.

I have always been someone who enjoys movement as a whole so I have dabbled in many variations of fitness. The most standout being: running, Olympic weightlifting and more recently, movement and calisthenics.

My focus as a personal trainer is to help expose you to new movements or a new way of thinking around fitness. Making it a supplement to life and a way of using movement to improve quality of life.

I have had my fair share of injuries and have had to start again with my own fitness journey many times. Having come from a football, weightlifting and running background, this left me constantly finding ways to rehab old or existing injuries. While chasing performance, this was a very time consuming and debilitating process.
I really understand potential barriers, but I also know how to break those barriers down and never have to revisit them.
This is why my focus is now movement and calisthenics.
I now train in such a way that is:
A. extremely rewarding due to learning and improving new skills.
B. the demand for mobility and flexibility is a lot higher which has helped with staying injury free.
C. Movement is ever growing and the sky really is the limit.

With the constant need to increase strength and flexibility in order to achieve certain skills, this is where we can breakdown what we really need as individuals from fitness to improve not only performance but also daily life.
