Flexibility training does not have to be just stretching. Your body can and should move the way you want it to. Try to find strengths and push them or highlight weaknesses and work on them. Flexibility can be a key aspect into unlocking new movements, fixing injury and building a body that moves the way you want it to.
Skills.
Skills is relative to the person and your goals. Having the ability to practice movements that you find cool is such a rewarding feeling. That might include going upside down in a handstand, performing a pistol squat or working on flexibility related movements. All of which require a mixture of balance and control.
